Welcome, my name is Loraine Fraser. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural & EMDR Psychotherapist. My role is to support clients of any gender throughout their recovery journey with the additional guidance of my experienced clinical supervisor Joy.
I am passionate about helping others and believe that people who want to heal can find inner peace and live a happier life with the right support, knowledge, and tools.
I am an ally of women and girls. Accepting and supportive of all gender identities, sexual orientations and races.
Guided by the BABCP code of ethics, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental, compassionate therapeutic space. Where I encourage you to be brave and hopefully empower you to take the steps needed to manifest the change you desire in life.

Loraine has the distinct ability to make me understand the root cause of the problem and work together towards the strategies. She is very patient and understanding. She is very approachable and flexible with her appointment times which is really helpful for me as a working parent.
Talking through things with Loraine helped me understand why the mistakes where happening. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and I felt relaxed in sessions so I could explain my feelings.
Having come out of a narcissistic abusive relationship last year, I thought I was on my path to healing and recovery. However, I found myself stuck, struggling to get beyond ruminating and feelings of overwhelming grief. Loraine helped me navigate my way out of some dark places in my mind. With Loraine as my therapist I feel supported during all of my sessions, they never feel rigid or forced, or as if I'm just another client. I am given the space and time on each call to think, reflect and feel things openly in a space where I feel seen and heard, without any judgement.
